E-mail address for parent-parent messages

A new address elthamformreps@hotmail.co.uk has been set up as a first point of contact for parents. This has been created by Form Rep co-ordinators and will be monitored and run by parents, not by the school.

It might be used by parents who wish to:

- send a query to the Form Rep network;
- contact their own Form Rep but don't have the up-to-date details;
- submit information for circulation around the parent network. This might include:
                    - notifying parents of an out-of-school event;
                    - son/daughter willing to babysit etc;
                    - concert tickets for sale etc.

(Such notices are not deemed suitable for the school's new-style Weekly Newsletter)

If you want to ensure you receive these messages then it is essential that your Form Rep has your email address.    If you think she doesn't have this information or your details have recently changed, then please either email her directly or, if you do not have her details, then send an email to elthamformreps@hotmail.co.uk clearly stating your son/daughter's Form and this will then be passed on and your details added to the class list.

Tracy Thorpe will monitor this account and forward notices to the Form Reps, and they can cascade to their individual classes.
