The Development Office was established in 2002 to promote support for the College’s development plans. Initial projects included the refurbishment of the Grange and new-build of the teaching wing at the Junior School: current and past parents and pupils contributed generously and their generosity has been recorded on a Wall of Thanks in the Junior School foyer.

Since then College has built a floodlit all-weather pitch on College Meadow, converted Turberville House into the new Music School and is currently doubling the size of King George’s Hall which will open at the beginning of the Summer term in April.

Since September 2006 Simon McGrahan, previously the College’s Director of Studies and Head of Science, has lead the Development Office with a particular remit to build on the schools strong community links by expanding the alumni association.

In September 2007 the Development Office launched the College’s first Annual Fund.
