A-Level
Eltham College A level students have once again enjoyed a high level of success with not only a 100% pass rate but also 86.5% achieving grades A-B. Thirty three students achieved three grade As while a further eleven achieved four A grades at A level. All sixteen students who were made offers by either Oxford or Cambridge University got their grades and secured their place. The UCAS points per candidate score of 388.8 showed an improvement of ten points on the previous year.
Mr Paul Henderson, Headmaster of Eltham College said “This year group have been very successful outside the classroom – on the sports field, in music and drama and in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme – and these A level results complement that success. With nearly half our pupils achieving at least three A grades, we are very pleased with their achievements. They have made the most of their opportunities at Eltham College and have a bright future ahead of them”.
