Year 11 Cultural Trip to Brussels
On Friday 12th January, seventeen Year 11 pupils went to the Belgian capital for a weekend of francophone culture. The adventure started with a traditional "moules-frites" meal "Chez Léon" and a visit of the Grand Place.
The next day focused on modern art with a guided tour of the Musée des Beaux Arts including quite a few of Magritte's famous paintings. The Atomium was certainly a surprise once inside and after a brief visit of the Jardin Botanique all pupils returned to London on Sunday afternoon
