Form 4NT made the most of a very messy Science lesson, the class had to recreate the entire human digestive cycle. First the food entered the mouth and into the stomach. Stomach acid was represented by orange juice started to break down the food items. Then they used tights to show what happens in the small intestine and a metal tray to represent the body. Finally, the remaining mixture travelled into the large intestine and rectum to be passed as waste. Mr Laubach was most impressed with the enthusiastic learning taking place and the way in which everyone got stuck in.
