On Tuesday 3 October, seven students from Years 11, 12 and 13 took a short play that they (in conjunction with Miss Mateos) had written ‘Un Fin de Semana en Sevilla’ to the 5th Hispanic Theatre Festival at North London Collegiate School. Up against stiff competition from Eton, Harrow, St Paul’s Girls School, King’s College School, and many others, the students performed superbly and with real panache. They were fortunate enough to win Best Actor (Bruno Atkinson), Best Supporting Actor (Conor Good) and Best Theatrical Experience (all the cast – an award that they also won last year).
