On Friday 6 October, the 2017/18 student leadership roles were announced. These included Head Boy and Deputy Head Boy; house captains; form leaders; digital leaders; library leaders; play leaders and roving reporters. In addition to these, we also announced the boys that have been chosen as our peer mentors – an extremely important role which will see them trained to provide support and advice for all boys in the school.

Year 6 is a significant year for giving the boys leadership opportunities to help them grow and develop as individuals. These roles not only benefit them as they look towards the next stage of their education and beyond, but they also help the wider Junior School community; we rely heavily on the contributions of Year 6 to act as ambassadors to lead, organise, run and take part in all aspects of school life. We therefore want to give them as many opportunities to pursue roles of responsibility in areas that interest them. Congratulations to all those that have been selected in their positions.
