On Saturday 7 October, James Mather and Xavier Turner (both 6MO) represented Eltham College Junior School in the South East Regional Schools Biathlon Championships at Medway in Gillingham.
The biathlon consisted of a 50m swim followed by an 800m run.
The competition was of an extremely high quality and both boys put in determined performances in both their disciplines. Xavier finished 10th in his age group and James, who was in an older age group, finished in 23rd place.
Well done to both boys on their performances in what was a very close and highly competitive field!
