On Thursday 23 November Eltham College played the final match in the league stage of the Hans Woyda Maths Competition, against Bromley High School. Making his debut for the team was Year 9 student Ashvin Kumarathas, playing alongside Jonathan Bostock, Victoria Watts and Zaki Boudjemaa. Eltham led throughout the competition and comfortably won with final scores of Bromley High School – 30, Eltham College – 40.
Well done to all students involved in the Hans Woyda team this year.
The top team from this league will go through to the main competition and the runners up to the plate competition so we will now have to wait to see if we are through to the knockout stage.
