Year 5 and 6 students from the Junior School took part in their inaugural inter-schools Table Tennis tournament last week. Coached by table tennis supremo Mr Schaper, the boys took on Bickley Park in an away fixture that tested their mettle. The competition was fierce and the boys fought tenaciously for every point. All of the games were conducted in a gentlemanly fashion and, whilst the outright winners were, on this occasion, the opposition, the vim and vigor of our boys was remarked upon in a positive manner by the staff at Bickley Park. The return fixture is eagerly awaited by both teams.
