House Singing is always one of the most hotly contested House competitions on the Eltham College calendar. On Friday 20 September the Antony Barnard Theatre was at capacity as students watched and cheered on their House.
Mr Showell, Miss Swadkin and guest judge Mr Poole had a tough decision to make as they listened to all the Houses sing their cover versions of some classic tunes.
Carey belted out I Want it that Way by the Backstreet Boys, Livingstone sang the classic Abba number Take a Chance on Me, Chalmers had us Hooked on a Feeling by Blue Swede but it was Moffat who won over the judges with their rendition of the Noah and the Whale song 5 Years Time and took out the 2019 House Singing title.
