We’re pleased to announce that 11 students have been selected by the English Schools’ Ski Association (ESSKIA) to join training camps in Geilo, Norway in February and March 2020.
Squad members have been selected based on their performances in the recent ESSKIA championship races and other race results. These camps will support students in developing their skills, ability and teamwork, with the aim of building teams for the ISF Schools’ World Championships.
The following six students have been selected to join the England Schools’ Squad I training camp:
Theo Austin (Year 10), Alex Lancaster (Year 10), Fergus Bidwell (Year 11), Ben Hummel (Year 12), Matthew McCool (Year 12) and Liam Donnelly (Year 12).
The following two students have been selected to join the England Schools’ Squad II training camp:
Jonathan Kay (Year 9) and Luke McCool (Year 10).
The following three students have been selected to join the England Schools’ Junior Squad training camp:
Fred Bidwell (Year 7), Adam Cornick (Year 8) and Boden Kelly (Year 7).
