In the Senior School the Sports Department returned with an exciting programme for students for the last three weeks of term. In PE students tackled orienteering, capture the flag, dodge ball, end ball, hand ball and team building.
In Games, Year 7-9 made the most of their hockey opportunities with all year groups completing house matches. The inaugural House Netball Tournament was held for Year 7 girls. Year 10-13 were able to broaden their activity choices with netball, touch rugby, hockey and cricket. Students were also able to take part in outside co-curricular which commenced in the last week of term.
Summer sports will commence after Easter with students taking part in athletics, summer activities in PE, a wide and varied range of summers sports and games in the co-curricular programme. As restrictions continue to be lifted, we look forward to the start of sporting fixtures.
