Year 7 students have created an imaginary ‘cityscape’ exhibition in Design and Technology.  Students have been working on the project ‘Happy City’ over the last two months and have built their ideal living space to replace their previous living space that had been ravaged by floods and pollution.

To create ‘Happy City’ students used a number of techniques including 2D CAD and 3D conceptualism, looked at architectural theory and history, and went on to produce their pieces from recycled card using CAM manufacturing techniques.

‘Happy City’ has been on display in Central Hall at the Senior School.
