Our Year 9 English students watched the London-based theatre troupe, Box Clever, deliver a terrific performance of Robert Louis Stevenson’s The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde earlier today.
Students have been studying this work for several weeks with the Box Clever performance framing the context of class for the rest of the term. The students enjoyed a professional programme from a nationally touring theatre company with just three performers and one musician. The company put on a brilliant adaptation of the literary classic, leaving many of the pupils enthralled.
