Last week, Eltham College students took their learning beyond the classroom and visited Geffery’s Hall in Mottingham.
By preparing and cooking a delicious lunch, these students demonstrated the power of hands-on education and community engagement. They not only honed their culinary skills but also fostered empathy, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
The Central Eltham Youth Project is a remarkable organisation that provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people, encouraging their personal growth and development. It’s heartwarming to witness our students actively supporting such a worthwhile cause.
We believe in the power of education to transform lives and empower our youth to make a positive impact. This experience exemplifies the value of practical learning, fostering essential life skills while instilling a sense of civic duty.
