Eltham College is delighted to present The Peake Lecture with Kevin Fong, renowned British doctor, broadcaster, professor, and consultant anaesthetist. Join us on Wednesday 8 March at 6:30 pm as Fong shares his insights on the front line of the COVID-19 pandemic in his lecture, ‘The Anatomy of Hope’.

Fong is a professor at University College London where he teaches an undergraduate course on Extreme Environment Physiology. He is also a prehospital doctor with Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex and specialises in space medicine. In addition, Fong is the co-director of the Centre for Aviation Space and Extreme Environment Medicine at University College London.

Fong is widely known for his appearances on TV, particularly as a presenter of the long-running BBC2 science program, Horizon. He also presented the 2012 Channel 4 series Extreme A&E, where he visited trauma centres all over the world. In 2015, Fong presented the Royal Institution Christmas Lectures, which are broadcast on BBC Four.
