For the Community

At Eltham College we stand firm in fostering a strong and inclusive community, nurturing connections among various stakeholders that constitute our rich relationships. Central to our ethos is one of our core aims: ‘Maintaining strong ties with everyone within the Eltham College community…’.

Our Eltham College community includes an array of individuals, ranging from our vibrant student body, dedicated staff, and esteemed alumni (Old Elthamians) to our supportive parents and engaged local residents. We take pride in our deep-rooted connection to Mottingham and the broader local area that we proudly serve.

The state of the art facilities within our institution serve as vibrant hubs, bustling with activity during term times as they are used by both our students and staff. However, our commitment extends beyond our immediate community, welcoming local individuals and schools to engage with our facilities. Whether it’s the Eric Liddell Sports Centre members, participants at the Old Elthamians Rugby Club on Sundays, attendees at alumni and Peake Lecture events and talks, visitors joining religious services at the Chapel, or individuals attending weddings, receptions, and private functions, at Eltham College, we aim to create and nurture an inclusive space that warmly welcomes and serves both our internal and local community members.
