Back in November, a number of Eltham College students were entered into The British Physics Olympiad. The BPhO is an international competition with over 3000 students taking part this year. The following students have achieved certificates for their attainment.
Atharv was one of the top 5% of students taking part and was awarded Top Gold, he goes through to the second round, with a chance to represent Britain in the International Physics Olympiad. The next 10% of students were awarded Gold Alice, James and Charlie. Lower 6th students also performed well, having only studied a part of the course thus far, Zachary was awarded sliver, while Alex and Bleddyn were awarded Bronze.
