Thursday, February 22nd marks the day on which the Metamorphosis exhibition is showcased at the Gerald Moore Gallery.

Metamorphosis is the culmination of the hard work of our talented Lower Sixth students this year. Responding to the themes of ‘transformation’ or ‘remain,’ students have created an exciting range of work across sculpture, painting, mixed media, video installation, and textiles. Each piece reflects the unique perspectives and interpretations of the themes, offering visitors an immersive experience into the world of metamorphosis.

What makes this exhibition even more special is that our students have planned and curated the exhibition themselves, guided by our Gallery Manager, Haf Anuar, who shared his experience of curating exhibitions and displaying his own artwork.

The Metamorphosis exhibition will be unveiled to the public with a Private View today, February 22nd, from 4 pm to 7.30 pm. The exhibition will be open to the public on Saturday, February 24th, from 10 am to 4 pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for art enthusiasts and the Eltham College community to immerse themselves in the transformative narratives woven into each artwork on display.
