Junior School Inter House Music Competition
Last week, our Junior School pupils took to the stage for this year’s Inter House Music Competition, and what a fantastic event it was! With a record-breaking 273 performances across all Houses and Year Groups, the enthusiasm and talent on display were truly inspiring.
Pupils performed on a wide range of instruments, showcasing their musical abilities at all levels – right up to and including Grade 8. Impressively, over a third of participants achieved the maximum marks for their performance, demonstrating both skill and dedication.
After a series of outstanding performances, the final results were:
Chalmers – 344.5
Carey – 298
Moffat – 272
Livingstone – 262.5
A huge well done to all pupils who took part and contributed to such a wonderful celebration of music.
