The London International Chopin Competition is a well-regarded event that gives young pianists the opportunity to showcase their talent by performing pieces composed by Chopin. Competitors enter specific categories based on their chosen repertoire, and Aaron’s performance secured him the top spot in the Ballade category.

The competition’s jury is made up of an esteemed panel, including a past winner of the International Chopin Competition in Warsawone of the most prestigious piano competitions in the world – alongside professors from leading music colleges and a performance lecturer from Cambridge.
