Year 3 Art Workshops at the Gerald Moore Gallery
Just before half term, our Year 3 pupils took part in a series of inspiring art workshops at the Gerald Moore Gallery, led by Haf Anuar.
Drawing inspiration from Lydia Wood’s exhibition, which was on display in the gallery last term, pupils explored her intricate architectural sketches before designing their own buildings. Using elements from Lydia’s detailed drawings, they developed their own creative interpretations before bringing them to life in clay sculptures.
A fantastic opportunity for our young artists to experiment with new materials, learn from a practising artist, and create something truly unique!
