Record Numbers Selected for Representative Hockey Squads

We are delighted to celebrate the continued excellence of 29 Eltham College hockey players who have been selected to play representative hockey this year.

Students will be playing and training with National Age Group squads, Talent Academies and County squads, receiving well-earned recognition for their commitment and performances on the pitch.

This year marks a record number of Eltham College students selected for performance hockey programmes. These selections highlight the depth of talent across both the Girls’ and Boys’ programmes. We are proud of the progress our players continue to make and look forward to following their achievements over the season ahead.

Jamie Batten, Head of Hockey, said:
“I am delighted to see that so many Eltham Hockey players have been selected for performance hockey programmes. The fact that we continue to see an increase in the number of students playing representative hockey emphasises the quality running through the programme and demonstrates our students’ passion for the game. I am really excited to see how each player develops over the coming years and support them on their hockey journey.”

Congratulations to all students on their selection.
