Upper Sixth Bid Eltham Farewell

Our Upper Sixth students leave us today as their study leave begins. There have been plenty of poignant moments in this, their last week in school, from a final football match yesterday afternoon to the Songs on a Summer’s Evening concert, where some sang in the chapel for the last time.

For a number in their midst, today represents the end of an eleven-year era, having joined Eltham College Junior School in Year 3 in 2014. A group of these students marked the occasion by gathering for a photo on the steps, seen to the right.

The morning’s farewell celebrations began with a breakfast in King George’s Hall, followed by the traditional signing of shirts, before the students headed to Chantry Garden for a final service.

We wish our Class of 2025 all the very best in their exams and in the bright and exciting futures that we know lie ahead.
