French Department Students Shine in Anthea Bell Young Translators Prize
Many congratulations to three students in the French Department on their success in the Anthea Bell Young Translators Prize. The competition, organised by the University of Oxford in partnership with the Translation Exchange, is inspired by the life and work of translator Anthea Bell. It aims to promote language learning and inspire creativity in young linguists.
George (Year 7) and Ernie (Year 8) were both commended for their entries. Zidaan (Year 8) was the winner for the Greater London area.
Very well done to all three talented linguists.
