New Eltham College Potometer Record
Ava (Year 12) set a new record using a potometer, a device that measures the rate of water uptake by plants.
She recorded a rate of 180 mm³/min, an astonishing result that drew students and teachers alike to gather around the device.
Notoriously difficult to set up and fiddly to use, the potometer makes data collection no small feat. To do so with such success is truly a sight to behold.
