Celebratory Organ Recital and Workshop
On 29th September, Eltham College was delighted to welcome back Stephen Farr, a distinguished concert organist and former pupil of the school, for a special organ recital and workshop in celebration of the installation of our newly renovated and extended chapel organ.
Stephen Farr currently serves as Chief Examiner of the Royal College of Organists and Director of Music at All Saints Margaret Street. During the day, Stephen led a workshop with our pupils, sharing his expertise and insights. In the evening, staff, students, and guests gathered in the chapel for a celebratory recital, which featured performances from pupils and music staff, culminating in an offering by Stephen himself.
The recital was a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and enjoy live music in the beautiful setting of our chapel.
