Library Helpers Support Charity with Book Sale
Our library helpers were excellent marketers and salespeople at our second-hand book sale, raising money for the Livingstone House charity drive. Many staff and pupils left as satisfied customers, happily taking home books they will enjoy. All of the books had been withdrawn from the library, and some of our helpers had prepared them for sale by removing them from the library system and organising them by genre for easy browsing. We hope to hold another sale around World Book Day, and the library shelves now have room for some new titles.
