Eltham Teams Perform Strongly at National Chess Competition
On Sunday, Eltham sent two teams to compete in the National Schools Chess competitions held at Eton College. Both squads delivered impressive performances, often facing higher-rated opposition.
The A Team won two out of five matches, while the B Team secured three wins from five. With nine of the twelve players drawn from the Lower School, Eltham Chess looks set for a strong future.
