Year 8 & 9 Mathematicians Excel at UKMT Team Maths Challenge
On Monday, a team consisting of some of our finest Year 8 and Year 9 mathematicians attended a regional final of UKMT Team Maths Challenge, competing against 17 other schools. The team had the perfect blend of speed, strategy and slightly frantic (but still legible) scribbling to secure them third place in very competitive heat. They walked away with the pride of scoring an impressive 222/242 as well as taking home a custom UKMT Rubik’s cube.
