Fog Machine: Exhibition by Rob Lye
The Gerald Moore Gallery is currently hosting Fog Machine, a new exhibition by artist-in-residence Rob Lye, running from 23 April to 16 May 2026.
At its centre is Afon, a moving-image work filmed in Wiltshire, exploring the River Avon and the site of a former rubber factory, bringing together themes of landscape, industry and memory through film and immersive sound.
Also featured is 20°32’50.4”S 67°22’57.6”W (2022), filmed in Bolivia, which reflects on lithium extraction and its global impact.
Rob Lye, a London-based artist working across film, sound and installation, has exhibited internationally, including at Tate Britain and the ICA. This exhibition showcases work developed during his residency at Eltham College.
