A Strong Showing from Lower School Musicians
This week saw two excellent performance opportunities for our younger musicians: the Solo Platform Concert and the Vocal Informal Concert.
The Solo Platform, open to Year 7 and 8 pupils performing at Grade 5 level and above, showcased a strong standard of solo performance.
The Vocal Informal Concert provided a relaxed and supportive setting for younger singers to gain valuable performance experience, helping them develop confidence in front of an audience.
As Director of Music, Mr Johns commented, “both were absolutely lovely, with most performers having signed up themselves and the standard was super high.”
