Young Historians Win National Awards
Pupils of Eltham College Junior School have been entering the Young Historian Competition for the last four years, with considerable success. The entries are always of a very high standard, and we are pleased to announce that Adam (Year 6) was the overall winner of the Spirit of Normandy Competition, while Imaan and Alessa (Year 5) won the Local History Award. Even more remarkably, Sophie, now in Year 7, was the winner of the Ancient Civilisations prize for the fourth year in a row, completing a clean sweep of the awards.
Congratulations to all the winners.
