Eltham at the Team Chess Challenge Regional Heat
Eltham sent two teams to the Team Chess Challenge regional heat at Sevenoaks. In this rapid chess format, each player had just 10 minutes on the clock.
The A team started strongly with wins against Caterham and Judd, before narrowly losing to Dulwich in the final round. The B team played with great credit against frequently higher-rated opposition, showing determination throughout the event.
Both teams represented Eltham with skill and composure, making the school proud.
