Lower Sixth Students Present What Moves Through Us
Lower Sixth students unveiled their exhibition What Moves Through Us this week. The works on display explore themes of influence, movement, the relationship between house and body, and the ways constructed spaces connect with natural systems.
Each year, Gallery Manager Haf Anuar leads a curating workshop for the Lower Sixth, guiding students through the process of planning and curating their own exhibition. Students are encouraged to take full creative ownership, from arranging their artworks to designing the exhibition poster. Haf also introduces them to seminal exhibitions in art history, helping them identify, refine and develop themes that resonate with their own practices.
The pieces on show offer distinctive artistic interpretations of the exhibition’s themes, often blending multiple media such as projection, collage and painting.
What Moves Through Us will be open to the public this Saturday 28 February 2026 from 10am–4pm.
