Eltham College Linguists’ Outstanding Performance in International Debating Competition
Year 12 students recently took part in a debating competition hosted by Bexley Grammar School, debating the motion “In a digital era, is there such a thing as truth?” in French, German and Spanish.
Competing against students from Dartford Grammar School and Bexley Grammar School, all our teams performed exceptionally well throughout the competition.
Congratulations to the Spanish team of Jessica, Tommy and Ed (Year 12), who reached the final, and to the French team of Emily and Felix (Year 12), who won the competition.
Well done to all students involved on a fantastic achievement.
