- Please refrain from calling the school after 3pm with changes to home time arrangements, this is our busiest time of day, and we cannot guarantee passing a message on to your child.
- For daily pick up and any after school events, we ask that you park at the senior school and walk along the path to the Junior School playground and wait for the event to start. At the end of the school day, the reception area needs to remain clear of parents and pupils.
- After school care is located in the Junior School and run by Ms Simmons. You do not need to pre book after school care and can use it on an ad-hoc basis. We recommend that your child brings a snack to eat on the playground between 3.40pm-4pm before attending after school care. When collecting your child from after school care, please wait outside and call the After school club number on 020 8619 2626. Your child will then come to Reception and will be dismissed by the member of staff on duty. Please see below charges for after school care.
- After school care charging starts from 16.00 as follows:
- Up to 30 minutes: £4
- Up to 60 minutes: £8
- Up to 90 minutes: £11
- Up to 120 minutes: £14
- After 6pm: £10 admin fee and £4 every 15 minutes thereafter.
- If you are unable to collect your child at the end of the school day, they will automatically be registered for after school care.
Similarly, before school club does not require you to book, you can drop your child at the Junior school reception from 7.30am, where they will be supervised by a member of staff until 8am when the playground open. The charge for care before 8am is £4. - If a co-curricular club is cancelled, we will send an email to inform parents, please respond using the form provided within the email to confirm any changes to your child’s home time arrangements. If the club is cancelled on the day with very short notice we will send a text message too.
Please do not call or email the school separately about a cancelled club as the software we use collates all responses so messages can easily be passed to pupils.
