Mr. James Martin is the Senior Deputy Head at Eltham College, a senior management position that involves assisting the Headmaster in the overall leadership and management of the school. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, which includes overseeing the academic, pastoral and co-curricular aspects of the school. He manages and supervises staff, implements policies and procedures, and works with other Heads of Departments to develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement and school performance. Mr. Martin is a key leader in the school, who can take over the leadership of Eltham College in the absence of the Headmaster.

Mrs. Kathryn Nutbeem is the Deputy Head Academic at Eltham College and is responsible for overseeing the academic performance and achievement of students within the school. This includes responsibilities such as setting academic standards and policies, monitoring student progress and performance, and working with teachers and other staff members to ensure that students are receiving a high-quality education. Mrs. Nutbeem is responsible for overseeing curriculum development, assessment, and data analysis, as well as working with other school leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement and academic outcomes.
Mr. James Willatt is the Deputy Head Co-Curricular at Eltham College, and is responsible for overseeing the extracurricular activities, clubs, and programs offered at the school. This includes developing and implementing policies for extracurricular activities, managing budgets and resources, and working with students, teachers, and other staff members to coordinate and plan events and activities. Mr. Willatt is responsible for overseeing the school’s community service programs and works closely with other Heads of Departments to ensure that the school’s extracurricular activities align with the school’s mission and goals.
