We are very proud to announce that our U8 girls’ football team won the St Christopher’s tournament on Monday. The team’s exceptional performance and unwavering determination led them to win the championship title, marking a momentous achievement for Eltham College.
Throughout the tournament, our talented Junior School team displayed remarkable skill and teamwork, securing victory in all three matches leading up to the final by defeating St Christopher’s B (2-0), Colfe’s B (2-0), and Bishop Challoner (1-0).
In the final match against Colfe’s A, our U8 girls’ football team demonstrated resilience and determination, emerging victorious with a hard-fought score of 2-1.
The success of our students is a testament to their dedication and commitment to the sport. We are incredibly proud of their outstanding performance and sportsmanship displayed.
