We provide supervised wraparound care and activities for students whose parents work or have other commitments. These take place in the Rosemary Morgan Hall before school or in a classroom after school, with collection before 18.00. Payment for this facility will be added to the termly fee invoices. You do not need to book in advance.
Please ensure that your child is aware of their collection arrangements each day, and inform the Junior School Office by 13.30 of any changes to pick-up arrangements. At 16.00, students who have not been collected and are not attending a co-curricular club are taken to After School Care to await collection, and parents are automatically charged accordingly. Charges are detailed below.
Students using the Before or After School Care are welcome to bring a nut-free healthy snack.

07.30 – 08.00: £4
08.00 – 08.30: No charge
After School Care
Charging starts from 16.00 as follows:
Up to 30 minutes: £4
Up to 60 minutes: £8
Up to 90 minutes: £11
Up to 120 minutes: £14
Students must be collected by 18.00. Collection after this time will incur a charge of £10, plus an additional rate of £4 per 15 minutes, or part thereof.
