Today, our Year 3 pupils had an exciting and educational workshop with some incredible birds. They learned all about these fascinating creatures, including what makes them so special and how they survive in their environments. The workshop covered topics like their unique bone structures, feathers, eyes, ears, and sharp talons.

The presentation was both interesting and informative, capturing our pupils’ attention throughout. They were captivated by stories about the birds’ distinct personalities and the concept of imprinting. To make the experience even more memorable, each had the opportunity to hold one of the four birds that were brought in for the workshop. The birds included owls, a falcon, and even a kookaburra.

The workshop was a big hit, and our pupils haven’t stopped talking about it.
